There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 37 was read the third time. 2013-04-12 House Journal Page 1132 The question being: "Shall SB 37 pass the House?" Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johnson gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on SB 37.
